蠄蟝石頂又名「玉印山」，位於萬宜水庫北岸，高度大約150米，因有一狀如蠄蟝的巨石聳立在山頂而命名。蠄蟝石曾豎立了一塊「玉印山護山山神之位」石碑，但因已破裂而被遺於山邊。蠄蟝石頂景色優美，是欣賞萬宜水庫的最佳地點之一。
Kam Kui Shek Teng (conceptually “toad-shaped stone”) is located at the northern side of High Island Reservoir, it is about 150m high. It is so-called due to its shape similar to a toad. It is one of the best spots for High Island Reservoir sightseeing.
